Overview

Bookeo is online booking and reservation software with three modules: Appointments for service providers, Classes & Courses for schools and instructors, and Tours & Activities for tour and activity operators. Customers see real-time availability, then book and pay online on any device through a website widget or a standalone booking page. Bookeo sends confirmations, reminders and follow-ups, syncs staff calendars with Google, iCal, Outlook and Office 365, keeps client records, and supports prepaid packages, memberships and gift vouchers. Digital waivers are a paid add-on. Plans are billed monthly according to staff, resource and booking limits, with no commissions on bookings.
