Available rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection or a portable copy of information supplied. Optional consent can be withdrawn. Rights can have conditions, including retaining records for legal obligations and disputes.

Make a request

Edit profile information and request account deletion in Account. Use Cookie settings for analytics and account choices for marketing. Requests are not conditional on tracking or a subscription.

For other requests, send a private account or privacy request. Operator and registration details are in Legal Information. Identify the relevant account or page and the requested action. Do not send passwords or identity documents unless a proportionate verification step is specifically needed.

Review of requests

We verify identity to prevent unauthorized disclosure. Account deletion is reviewed rather than instantly deleting every catalog fact. Personal information is considered separately from non-personal software history. Backup copies rotate and remain restricted. We respond within applicable deadlines and explain necessary clarification, extension, refusal and remedies. Search caches and third-party copies may require separate requests.

Complaints and applicable law

You may complain to the competent regulator. Georgia’s current law assigns data protection supervision to the State Audit Office. Where GDPR applies, relevant EU/EEA supervisory authorities can receive complaints, including one in your habitual residence, workplace or the place of an alleged infringement.
