Facts and evidence

Submit relevant accurate information and sources supporting the specific statement. A source describing a question or industry term does not prove a product supports it. Preserve unknown, not applicable and not disclosed; do not invent prices or turn unknown into “No”. Scope, dates and limitations matter.

Product/vendor proposals require approval. Verification does not override editorial permissions. Private claim documents must not be repurposed as public promotion.

Reviews and responses

Describe real experience with context and limitations. Do not submit fabricated, purchased, duplicate or impersonated reviews. Disclose material relationships and incentives. Vendors must not pose as independent customers or pressure reviewers to remove criticism.

Responses should address the experience respectfully, without revealing private support records or reviewer information. Paid status does not alter review rules.

Rights and privacy

Share only content you can lawfully publish under the Terms of Use. Do not copy protected reviews/articles or disclose credentials, confidential records or unnecessary personal data. Product marks retain their owners’ rights. Review forms explain public author presentation; Privacy Policy explains private evidence access.

Moderation and appeals

Drafts are private. Submission requests review, not guaranteed publication. Staff may seek clarification, reject unsupported/unlawful content or hide material breaching these rules. Restricted history supports accountability.

Use listing correction routes for factual errors. For rights/privacy complaints contact the operator with the page URL, disputed material and reason. We consider supporting information and the author’s response and explain decisions. Disagreement with genuine negative experience is not itself grounds for removal.
