Overview

Hiring teams post one job to 200+ job boards, a branded careers page and social channels, then collect applications in a searchable talent CRM. Resumes are parsed, candidates are screened with AI match scores, evaluated with interview kits and scorecards, and scheduled through self-service booking with two-way calendar sync. Offers are sent from templates with approval flows and e-signatures. After the hire, the same platform handles onboarding, employee records, time off, time tracking, performance reviews and payroll reports. Workable Agent can source, screen and chat with candidates using AI credits, and the REST API, webhooks and MCP connect Workable to a customer's own tools. Mobile apps are available for iOS and Android. The free trial does not include Workable Agent.

Workable Agent uses credits per action: 1 credit to screen a candidate, 2 credits to source a passive candidate and 10 credits for each candidate chat interaction.
Additional credits are sold in bundles: 5,000 credits at $0.12 per credit ($600), 10,000 at $0.10 ($1,000) and 50,000 at $0.095 ($4,750); larger bundles are quoted by sales.
Credits expire one year after purchase and are non-refundable; the free trial does not include Workable Agent.
