Overview

Invoice every unit for dues, collect payments online by bank transfer or card with autopay, and have them post to the general ledger. Sync bank transactions, code them with rules, reconcile each month and run 40+ reports and board report packets on a cash or accrual basis. Message owners by email, text or automated phone call, mail USPS letters, and handle architectural, maintenance and general requests with approvals, plus violations, voting and surveys. Owners get a portal for balances, payments, documents and requests. Gable, the built-in AI assistant, answers questions from your documents and records and drafts work that waits for your approval. Every feature is included in every plan; pricing depends on the number of units.
