Renewal Policy

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period under the same conditions unless either party cancels. The customer may cancel renewal in account settings or by contacting Hello Ivy; access continues through the paid period, whose fees are not refunded except where required by law. Refund requests may be considered case by case at Hello Ivy’s discretion. If billing details are entered for a free trial, the selected subscription fee is charged on the last trial day unless the subscription is cancelled.
