Overview

Teams create projects from templates, assign and organize tasks, follow deadlines and task dependencies on Gantt charts, and set up recurring tasks. Members punch in and out on a task or enter hours on timesheets and submit them for approval; once approved, time entries can no longer be edited. Expenses are recorded against projects and tasks and approved or rejected by the project manager. Documents can be uploaded, versioned, locked and shared at project or task level. Custom task reports, saved filters and CSV or XLS export support reporting and data access, and an API allows custom integrations. AceProject does not support milestones or subtasks and has no direct sync with third-party applications.
