Overview

Teams create groups, projects, tasks and sub-tasks in a two-panel workspace, assign project and task teams, set priorities, tags and deadlines, and post comments, files and progress notes against any item. An interactive Gantt-style timeline shows durations and dependencies and lets users drag and resize items to reschedule; time, general and workload reports can be exported to CSV or Excel. Email notifications and two-way email, trigger-based automation, project templates and cloning, and integrations with Google, Microsoft, Slack, Zapier and cloud file storage connect it to existing tools. It runs in the browser with iPhone and Android apps, and clients can be added to any plan without counting toward the user limit.
