FastPass Identity Verification Manager (IVM)

Lets IT service desks verify employees and contractors with scored, configurable checks before releasing password or account actions, reducing social-engineering risk and logging an audit trail to the ticket.

Overview

Help desk agents verify employees and contractors before sensitive actions such as a password reset, MFA reset or account unlock. IVM launches inside the ITSM ticket, scores configurable checks per user group and request type, releases the action once the threshold is met and writes every step back to the ticket as an audit trail. It focuses on workforce help-desk calls rather than consumer KYC onboarding.

Workflow boundary and exception handling
  • A user who lost a phone can reach the verification threshold through alternative factors such as dynamic questions, manager approval or an asset tag; agents cannot release credentials themselves, so failed attempts escalate instead of bypassing verification.
