Overview

Urbantz plans, dispatches and tracks last-mile deliveries and collections across your own fleets and carriers. The optimisation engine builds routes from historical and predictive traffic data, service times and vehicle characteristics, while drivers follow configurable workflows in a mobile app and capture proof of delivery by photo, signature or scan. Recipients get branded live tracking, and a control tower with map and Gantt views, exceptions and audit trail gives dispatchers one view over every fleet and carrier. APIs and webhooks connect ERP, OMS, WMS, ecommerce and CRM systems.
