Overview

Dispatchers create tasks, assign them manually or auto-dispatch them to the closest driver, and run single or multi-route optimization (listed under the Professional and Enterprise plans). Drivers use the iOS and Android app for GPS navigation, barcode scanning and photo, video and signature capture, while managers follow live driver locations, task statuses and ETAs on a map. Customers receive SMS or email notifications and a customizable tracking page with a live map. Tasks can be recurring, imported in bulk and connected through a REST API, Shopify, WooCommerce and Cargoson integrations. Every plan includes unlimited tasks, and pricing is per user.
