UnForm detects print jobs from an application or scheduled data sources, applies formatting rules and prints different documents or copies to local or remote printers. The same run can email or fax documents, or send them to disk, web services, cloud servers or external processes, identifying each document in a batch to choose its destination. Documents are stored in archive libraries that users open through a browser-based archive browser with ID lookup, index browsing and search. The Image Manager scans or imports external documents, identifies them with barcodes or OCR and uploads them to libraries, and DocFlow routes archived documents through approval workflows. A built-in programming language adapts formatting, messages and data handling without changing the application. UnForm.Cloud hosts the service on a private instance.
