Overview

Users place tasks, projects and emails into four priority quadrants, assign them to a point person or followers, add due dates, notes, files, effort estimates and progress, and chat on each item. Daily, weekly or custom-period reports show team status, and apps for Mac, Windows, iOS, Android, web, Outlook and Teams stay in sync. Gantt charts, advanced reports and restricted projects require PM Collaborate or higher; the free plan is limited to 5 projects, 100 open tasks and 5 teammates.
