softosaurReporting/Project Tracking
Categories: Project Management
Mosaic combines project schedules, budgets, team assignments, timesheets and workload planning in one system. Planners build project plans around each person's real availability and skills, see over-scheduled people weeks ahead, and receive AI suggestions for rebalancing work and staffing open roles. Chello, the built-in AI planning assistant, answers questions about people, projects and budgets, sends scheduled briefs and follows up on stale plans. Reports, dashboards and forecasts cover utilization, variance, workload, project profitability and hiring needs. Roles and permissions are customizable, and iOS and Android companion apps are available. Gantt view, conflict checking and automatic rescheduling are listed as coming soon.
