Property and company accounting, bank reconciliation, reporting and 1099 e-filing keep the books in the same platform. It covers single-family, multifamily, community association, student housing, commercial and mixed portfolios. An Open API for integrations is included in the Premium plan, and some services such as tenant screening, payment processing and e-signature carry per-use fees.
