Overview

YouTrack lets teams customize issue fields and workflows, plan sprints and dependencies, and analyze work through reports and dashboards. Knowledge-base articles and helpdesk tickets can share the same environment as engineering tasks. Cloud is hosted by JetBrains; Server runs on the customer’s infrastructure. Cloud is free for up to 10 users with 30 GB storage and three helpdesk agents. Above 10 users, all users become paid rather than only the excess. Helpdesk teams with four or more agents pay an additional agent charge, and each agent also needs a user license. New commercial Server purchases use annual subscriptions from June 2026; legacy license terms are separate. A Cloud scale trial allows 100 users and 50 agents for 14 days without a card.
