Employees punch in and out on uAttend time clocks (fingerprint, RFID card, PIN, or facial recognition with voice control), from the free mobile app with optional geofencing, or from a computer, tablet or touch-tone phone. Every punch is stored in the cloud account, where administrators review, edit and approve time cards individually or in batches, apply punch rounding, break and lunch lockouts and overtime rules, track vacation and sick accruals and approve time-off requests. A dashboard shows missed punches and who is in, reports are available, and hours can be exported to any payroll system. Included scheduling builds shifts from templates for existing employees, and an optional payroll add-on runs payroll from the same time data. Each account plan covers two time clocks and one administrator; clocks require a subscription to work.
