Overview

Synergist is an agency management system for agencies and consultancies. Teams track opportunities in a pipeline, build estimates and quotes from real job costs, log time to the job, phase and charge code, and compare quoted, invoiced or recognised values with actual time and cost. A resource schedule and capacity forecasts show who is stretched or underused, and live dashboards, custom reports and email alerts flag jobs heading over budget. It connects to accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks and Sage, syncs with HubSpot or Salesforce CRM, and offers an open API. Synergist Cloud runs as a separate instance per customer hosted on AWS in the UK or EU, and the vendor's agency specialists configure the system and train the team during onboarding.
