Overview

Build estimates with bulk and line-item markups from your own cost items or live 1build pricing, and send them for online e-signature approval. Then run the job in one workspace: Gantt schedules with critical path and baselines, change orders that update the contract amount, purchase orders, subcontracts, retainage and AIA G702/G703 invoices, and GPS time cards that feed job costing reports. Clients can approve and pay through a portal. It runs in the browser and in native iOS and Android apps; the Takeoffs module is in development.
