Overview

Redlist combines CMMS, enterprise asset management, operator basic care and inspections in one system. Teams build a component-level asset hierarchy, schedule time-, runtime- and condition-based preventive maintenance, and complete work orders and inspections on iOS and Android phones, including offline with automatic sync. Inspection defects can generate work orders with photo evidence, and dashboards track metrics such as OEE, MTBF, MTTR and PM compliance. Redlist syncs with ERP and maintenance systems such as SAP, Oracle JDE and IBM Maximo, and its AI co-pilot Redd and AI agents analyze asset, oil, vibration and inspection data.
