Overview

Project Reader is a Windows desktop viewer for Microsoft Project plans. Users open a plan from the local file system, an HTTP URL, Google Drive, Dropbox, Box or OneDrive and browse it in the Gantt Chart, Tracking Gantt, Task Usage, Resource Usage, Resource Sheet and Team Planner views. They can pick tables, insert or hide columns, sort, find and filter tasks or resources, then print any view with print preview and a customizable footer, or export tables and the Gantt image. Professional-edition features include VBA scripting and Excel visual reports.
