Buyers send RFQs and job orders to vendors, who can respond without cost, training or login, and can select vendors using job history and selection criteria. Each sourced job is tracked through deadlines, status, authorizations, files and shipping information, with custom procurement rules for transaction rules, mark-up levels and preferred vendors. Custom reports can be exported to Excel or other spreadsheet software. Integrations are designed for accounting, CRM, project management, web-to-print and SSO systems, including Aleyant Pressero and RSA WebCRD for brokers, and a 30-day free account is offered to new users.
