Overview

Office staff build quotes that customers can accept online, convert accepted quotes into jobs or projects, and drag jobs onto a live calendar to dispatch the nearest available worker. Field workers receive jobs in the iOS or Android app, record time, materials, photos and customer signatures, and can keep working offline with automatic sync afterwards. Timesheets are built from job time, GPS-stamped job reports show when work started, arrived and finished, and invoices, supplier bills and customers sync with Xero. Many features, monthly caps and GPS Route Tracking depend on the plan: Sole Trader, Teams or Enterprise.
