Overview

Technicians open their work orders and bookings in the mobile app, complete inspection forms and questionnaires, capture data, photos and signatures, and keep working without a signal. Changes sync with Dynamics 365 or Salesforce, with control over which tables, columns and records are stored offline and automated conflict resolution. Pre-built entities cover scheduling, inspections, reports and dashboards, with Power BI integration. The Ultimate plan adds route planning, device management and premium support. The app runs on iOS, Android, Windows and macOS.
