Overview

Connect Exclaimer to Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or Microsoft Exchange, sync employee details from the directory, design signatures in a drag-and-drop designer and deploy them to everyone or to groups targeted by attributes such as department, location or role. Signatures can be applied server-side after sending through mail-flow routing, client-side while composing in Outlook or Gmail, or both. Rules, disclaimers, brand kits, campaign banners and role-based access let IT, marketing and HR manage their parts within limits set by IT. Licensing is by active mailbox with a minimum of ten users; features such as campaigns, analytics, HRIS sync and meeting branding depend on the plan.
