Overview

A cloud service that adds signatures to emails sent from any app or device, either in the cloud after sending or directly in Outlook as users type. Administrators design templates in a web HTML editor with logos, banners, social buttons and Microsoft Entra ID placeholders, and use rules to target senders, recipients or keywords. It also manages organization-wide automatic replies, scheduled marketing campaigns and one-click customer satisfaction surveys. A Microsoft 365 tenant is required.
