Stok.ly connects B2C and B2B sales orders from ecommerce, retail, wholesale, marketplace and trade channels to a shared real-time inventory record. Stock is tracked per SKU and location across states such as on hand, available, committed, pre-allocated, in transfer, backordered, inbound and returned, with a user, date and time audit trail. The built-in warehouse management system, run from an Android or Windows app with barcode scanning, covers goods-in, put-away, bins, batch and tote picking, packing, dispatch with courier labels, returns, cycle counts and stock transfers. Purchasing and replenishment use min/max rules and AI demand forecasting to draft purchase orders, transfers and manufacturing runs for review. Pre-allocation and a rules engine keep wholesale commitments from being oversold on B2C channels.
