Overview

Choose a local, national, mobile or toll-free number, forward its calls to a mobile, landline, SIP phone, softphone or the SendMyCall app, and answer in the browser with the web dialer. Every number includes a cloud phone system: drag-and-drop call flows, IVR voice menus, business-hours routing, ring groups and queues, voicemail to email, call recording, text-to-speech greetings, blacklists, conference rooms and SIP extensions. Numbers start at $9.95 per month (tax included, no setup fee, no long-term contract) and can be prepaid for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. Forwarding to VoIP, SIP and the app is free; forwarding to phone numbers and outgoing calls are billed per minute from $0.02, and toll-free numbers add a per-minute price for incoming calls.

    Most DIDs include five dedicated (non-shared) channels; additional channels can be purchased depending on the country.
Workflow boundary and exception handling
  • The phone system is cloud-based, so calls are still received if office internet or power fails when a mobile number is a forwarding destination (per-minute charges apply).
  • If the prepaid balance reaches zero, forwarding to landline or mobile phones stops; local numbers can still be handled via VoIP or voicemail, while incoming calls to toll-free numbers stop until funds are added.
