  • Precursive AI is a separate provisioned package and is off until an administrator installs and configures it. Models run on Azure OpenAI in the chosen EU or US data zone; fallback to the other zone is optional. Every request passes through the US Portkey gateway. Portkey keeps no prompt content; Microsoft retains only prompts/responses flagged for human review, with no fixed published period. The vendor declares no customer-data model training. Default supervised actions require approval; administrators can enable autonomous actions at confidence ≥90%. Each insight point cites source records.
  • Context retrieval uses the running user’s Salesforce permissions by default. Administrators may configure System Mode for Opportunity context; external connections use scoped trusted credentials. Tagged compliance-category fields are filtered by default unless an administrator permits them; untagged personal data can still be sent when selected. Sensitive personal data needs prior written vendor consent, and AI must not be the sole basis for decisions with significant effects on people.
