Conditions
  • REST sessions inherit user rights and are limited to 30 calls per minute per session token. Data Hub is a separate add-on: its credentials expose all included datasets without built-in permission gating, so normal user restrictions must not be assumed for that path.

Essentials includes time and expenses, rate management, approvals and invoicing. Advanced adds custom reports, project and invoice templates and multi-currency expenses; Premier adds project budgets, custom cost rates, multi-level approvals and multi-currency invoicing. Resource Management is a separate module for skills-based assignments, availability, time off and financial scenarios. Quotes and Data Hub are also separate modules; a Delivery plan alone should not be assumed to include them.   • AVA is currently offered without an additional fee and can be disabled by an administrator. Its Expense Agent is Early Access for selected firms: both Assistant and Expense Agent toggles must be enabled; it can query, create or modify the user’s own unsubmitted expenses and process up to 5 receipt images per interaction. Firm requirements and approval policies still apply. The July 2026 AI Use Policy prohibits training on customer data or identifiable AI interactions, allowing only pooled de-identified data for non-generative models; the governing Access Service Agreement separately grants broader anonymized-data reuse rights. Confirm the applicable contract; do not read this as an unconditional no-training guarantee.
