Overview

LogicMonitor unifies observability across infrastructure, cloud, data centers, applications and services. Collectors discover servers, network devices and cloud resources without agents, collect metrics every 30 seconds in network monitoring, track configuration changes and ingest logs, so teams see alerts with topology and dependency context. Dynamic thresholds and Edwin AI correlation reduce alert noise, and governed AI agents can investigate incidents. LM Essentials is available up to 999 Hybrid Units; Catchpoint-based synthetics, real user and endpoint monitoring are separate add-ons.
