Office staff manage customers, contracts, quotes and commissions in the CRM, then plan technician services manually or with an AI route optimiser that weighs customer hours, technician schedules, traffic and travel time. Technicians complete work orders and service certificates on a phone or tablet, collect customer signatures and can keep working in offline mode where there is no coverage. Customers can see their certificates and documents in a customer portal. Situation diagnoses follow the EN 16636 standard and can generate action plans with an intervention calendar. A warehouse module tracks stock, product traceability and consumption, and reports and dashboards show profitability, service times and product use.
