Overview

Run orders, payments and kitchen communication in one place on a single guest tab. Servers can add items from a handheld while guests add more from their own phone, with server-led, guest-led or mixed service, QR and online ordering, kitchen display routing, sales reporting and loyalty tools. It runs on Windows, Android and iOS devices and web browsers; API access, loyalty and several other features depend on the plan or are paid add-ons, enhanced offline operation needs the Sync plan, and Tap to Pay on iPhone is available at US locations.

Enhanced offline operation requires the Sync plan or the On-Premise Server Connection add-on on Pro; Basic does not offer it.
