Tom's Planner focuses on editing a schedule directly: draw activity bars, add symbols, link tasks and filter the chart by resource or date. Calendar settings can hide holidays or highlight date ranges. A paid chart owner can invite people with free accounts to view or edit, but only one person can edit a chart at a time. Professional limits the number of owned schedules; Unlimited removes that limit and adds JSON export and embedding. It is a practical choice for straightforward visual planning and sharing, with fewer collaboration assumptions than a live multi-editor workspace.
The timeline can zoom from years down to five-minute intervals.
