Overview

Asta Powerproject builds construction programs directly in Gantt using task pools, code libraries, calendars and critical-path links. Planners can put overlapping activities on one row or group work by phase, trade and sub-project. Resource planning considers people, plant and materials, shifts, rates and availability; cost views compare budget, planned and actual values and earned value. Unlimited baselines and progress periods retain schedule history while what-if and risk tools explore alternatives. Single-user licenses install on one Windows PC. Concurrent, cloud-hosted and Enterprise choices are separate; shared real-time project access belongs to Enterprise. Site-progress capture and 4D/BIM workflows are separate portfolio components, so their inclusion should be confirmed for the intended deployment.
