Overview

TeamGantt lets managers arrange tasks on a Gantt chart, connect their timing and monitor delivery with collaborators. Four dependency types and lead or lag support more detailed schedules, while company holidays help avoid nonworking dates. Business and Builder Edition add baseline comparisons and an account-wide workload report. Managers control tasks and dates; collaborators can report progress, discuss work and track time without changing the schedule. The current paid lineup charges for project capacity, with different manager and task allowances. It suits teams that want schedule ownership to remain clear while more people contribute updates. Export schedules to CSV, PDF or Microsoft Project; the REST API also exposes project, task, dependency, workload and baseline data.
