Overview

OpenPM is browser-based medical billing and practice management software. Users can run eligibility checks, submit claims through built-in EDI, scrub charges, post ERAs, check claim status, manage patient A/R, send statements and reminders, schedule appointments and run reports. Automation runs through Jobs and Rules. The Minerva AI assistant answers workflow questions from the documentation; AI exception handling is described as coming soon.
