Measure usability score, misclicks and first clicks
Teams import a prototype from Figma or Axure, add missions and questions, and test up to five design variants with participants from the Maze panel or their own users; usability scores, heatmaps and click and path metrics appear as testers finish. The same approach covers live websites, surveys, card sorting and tree testing, with optional audio, video and screen recordings, automatic transcripts in over 30 languages, and AI help to build studies, ask follow-up questions and find themes. Reports are generated automatically for every project with at least one tester, and can be edited, shared by link, exported as PDF or embedded in Notion, FigJam or Miro. Some capabilities, such as the AI moderator and MCP server, are marked for enterprise teams.
