Overview

Department managers enter budgets in collaborative worksheets that roll up automatically into the overall budget, with owners, approvers and lock controls for each worksheet. A budget can start from a previous budget, actuals, budget and actuals, or from scratch, and historical Excel budgets can be loaded. Connected to Sage Intacct, QuickBooks, Blackbaud Financial Edge NXT, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Sage 100, Acumatica or file-based sources, it compares budget with actuals in real time; this requires an accounting system integration. Reporting includes customizable reports, a report builder with charts and KPIs, and dashboards. Multi-year forecasting, what-if scenarios and the personnel module are described under the Plus package, and cash flow forecasting and projected balance sheets under Premium.
