Instagantt can run as a standalone planning workspace or synchronize with Asana. Its Gantt charts combine task dates, milestones, finish-to-start and start-to-start links, critical paths and baseline comparisons. Teams adds shared resource planning across projects; time-off management is specific to the standalone version. Public snapshots let clients inspect a read-only schedule without an account, but even the reusable master link needs a new snapshot to reflect changes. The permanent free plan covers a small Asana setup; standalone use moves from a trial to a paid plan. CSV, PDF and image options serve different reporting needs.
