Overview

Awardco brings recognition, rewards, incentives and employee surveys into one platform. Administrators set up recognition programs (automated milestones, spot recognition, nominations, Earn incentives and external recognition), fund them from budgets, and employees redeem points in a global rewards marketplace. Awardco Engage adds pulse and engagement surveys with reporting. Plans are organized by how many recognition types they include; starter packages for businesses with 100 employees or fewer start at $3,000, and reward funding, premium add-ons and Engage are priced separately.
