Overview

Teams run idea funnels in Kanban, list, graph and bubble chart views, enrich ideas with owners, files, links and canvases, and score them with weighted scorecards and group scoring. Tasks and workflow automations run per funnel stage, and dashboards track pipeline value. The optional Idea Collecting module adds an Innovation Portal, IdeaBox, campaigns, brainstorms, gamification and guest access for external participants. The optional Project Portfolio Management module turns approved ideas into projects with stage gates, timelines, budget, benefit and ROI tracking and portfolio reporting. AI tools such as AI Coach, AI Search, Idea Router, Idea Generator, Image Generator and AI Agents use AI credits, and administrators can disable individual tools.
