FineReader PDF for Windows lets teams open and edit digital or scanned PDFs, rewrite text paragraphs, edit table content and rearrange layouts. Scans and paper documents become searchable PDFs through OCR in 198 recognition languages, and PDFs convert to Word, Excel and more than 15 other formats. Users can comment and mark up documents, fill and create interactive forms, merge and rearrange pages, add Bates numbering and stamps, redact sensitive information, remove metadata, set passwords and apply digital signatures. The Corporate edition adds cross-format document comparison, including scans, and Hot Folder automated conversion of up to 5,000 pages per month. It runs on Windows 11 and 10 (64-bit).
