Overview

TotalView is installed on a Windows server and viewed in a web browser. It collects SNMP, NetFlow, Syslog and WMI data from network devices, analyzes 19 error counters per interface and turns them into plain-English root-cause answers. Teams can trace the path between two IP addresses at a past point in time, watch a live network map, monitor servers, services, cloud services, SD-WAN links and SIP trunks, back up device configurations on a schedule, and generate network diagrams automatically. Modules for telecom, security operations and remote-user troubleshooting are offered separately through sales.
