Overview

Real-Time SPC turns centralized quality data into live control charts and dashboards: variables charts (I-MR, Xbar-R, Xbar-S, I-MR-R/S, EWMA) and attribute charts (P, NP, Laney P', C, U, Laney U'). Nelson rules flag out-of-control points, specification limit violations and action limit violations, and teams are notified by email or text. Operators, supervisors, engineers and administrators use portals with assigned access permissions. Autoconfigure reads a process spreadsheet to create and update stations, inspections, specifications, data flows, control charts and dashboards. The service runs in a browser (Chrome or Chromium Edge) and requires an internet connection.
