Overview

Send a single freeform or structured address, or a batch, to the PostGrid API and receive a verified, corrected or failed status with the address standardized to the destination country's postal format. Optional enrichment adds ZIP+4, delivery point validation, residential/commercial indicator, county and census data, and latitude/longitude with an accuracy score; reverse geocoding converts coordinates to addresses. The standard product covers the US and Canada (CASS and SERP certified, with NCOA processing of move updates); the international product covers 245+ countries and territories with verification levels from regional to delivery-point level, and transliteration of supported scripts. Autocomplete suggests addresses as users type, and the dashboard accepts CSV files for bulk verification. Test and live API keys are isolated; a self-hosted Docker option and country-specific dedicated hosting on AWS are available through sales.
