Overview

Planio lets teams drag tasks from a backlog into sprints or sequential milestones, then track them on configurable boards with columns and swimlanes. Burndown, burnup, cumulative-flow, lead-time and velocity charts support delivery review. Hosted maintenance and repository management make it relevant to teams that want Redmine workflows without operating their own instance. Plans bundle active projects, active users and storage. Archived projects and locked users do not count toward limits. Bronze is free for one project and two users; Silver supports three active projects and five active users. Optional Storage and Help Desk upgrades cost extra on lower tiers. Paid plans have a 30-day trial. Request a free SQL database export before cancelling. New customers can request free engineer-assisted migration from supported trackers, repositories or spreadsheets. The team agrees what data can transfer before switching; Microsoft Project import is not guaranteed. Scheduled migration uses an agreed eight-hour window; unscheduled migration is performed within three working days.
