Approval and engineering processes run through a flexible workflow engine with serial and parallel flows and revision management, and PDFs can be annotated, redlined and commented in an integrated viewer. Customers and suppliers join the project through separate external data rooms with encrypted data transfer. PIRS can be operated in the SOBIS Cloud, on-premise or in Microsoft Azure.
