Overview

Paymo supports the workflow from project tasks to recorded time and client invoices. Free and Solo serve individual users; Plus expands project capacity and adds expenses, reporting and API integrations. Pro adds Gantt dependencies, portfolio Gantt views, resource scheduling and timesheet approval. The permanent Free plan allows one user, one client and two projects. Solo remains a one-user plan. Paid accounts use one plan for the company. Standard monthly and annual rates are separate from the advertised introductory promotion for the first three months. Guest access is available on Solo, Plus and Pro; Free excludes guests. Guests can review shared project information and comment, with optional permission to add tasks. They cannot be assigned tasks or record time. Selected project-list data can be exported to CSV.
