Overview

Netwrix Threat Prevention (formerly StealthINTERCEPT) collects event details at the source instead of relying on native Windows logs, so security teams see pre- and post-change values for changes, authentications and access attempts. Policies can alert on or automatically block actions such as privileged group membership changes, GPO modifications and logon attempts from compromised accounts, and protect Tier Zero assets such as privileged groups, domain controllers and GPOs. It can identify attacks such as LSASS code injection (Skeleton Key), Windows SSP injection and DCSync. Enriched events can be forwarded to SIEM and other security platforms, and role-based access control limits who can use the platform. It covers Active Directory, Exchange and file systems and uses a FIPS 140-2 compliant architecture.
